How would you describe your time at Children's Way FFA?
As an employee for this facility, I have learned to manage cases, work with an interdisciplinary team, effective treatment planning, and to monitor the well-being and development of children and adolescents. There are challenges as a foster care social worker that I meet on a daily basis. For example, a child exhibited behavioral problems in his/her school settings. FCSW works with the assigned therapists, foster parents, and the child to help promote healthy interventions in school and home settings by utilizing a behavioral plan....
