What advice do you have for someone looking for their first job out of college?

Start early!! Take advantage of the career services office at your college, participate in any trainings offered to help prepare you to conduct a successful job search and attend events to meet employers. Gain experience (internships, co-op, externship). Network, Network, Network.

Welfare to Work grant - Special Needs (1999 - 2001)
Gathered, analyzed, organized and reported statistical information for purpose of performance measure acquisition and program evaluation efforts. Familiar with agency grant and contract administration, management, and reporting.
