What advice do you have for someone who wants a job like yours?
You have to believe in what you do and realize the impact you will have on others, the hiring decisions / recommendations you make will affect not only your company but also the candidate. You will also need to have an outgoing personality, be a strong negotiator, creative thinker and be prepared to do a fair share of researching into the job market / recruiting practices etc......
