What's your ideal work environment?

Busy! I can work in a nice quiet environment but I prefer to be in an office that is buzzing all the time. I need to refresh myself by getting up and moving or chatting with a collegue about the project we're working on, then I can dive right back into work. I work best when I have some freedom and am not micromanaged. I have an excellent work ethic and hold myself to a much higher standard than is often expected of me so I love when an employer recognizes that and learns that he or she can trust me.... read more
