Currently working a portfolio of modification on behalf of lawyers and brokers to process and negotiate. Analyzed income, asset, and taxes to meet HAMP, MHA, and conventional modification guidelines. Serviced fulfillment packages for Saxon Mortgage. Worked on location at Downey Savings and Loans corporate headquarters to review short sale packages, report, and recommend my financial findings to the bank.
