Who was your most influential mentor and what did they teach you?
It was my old boss that gave me my first job in recruiting. He had told me to treat people as if they were the only candidate you'd ever see, respect them and never lie to them. It's paid dividends 10 times over, and we still keep in close contact. In some way shape for form he's been responsible for every recruiting job I've had since....
