Be realistic! That is my number one piece of advice! Most people I know right out of college thought that they were going to make the big bucks because of their degree. Reality tends to set in quickly alot people will come to realize that experience is what determines your salary 99.9% of the time! Don't rely on salary calculators to tell you how much you should be making. Go out there and find a career and know that promotion and the outstanding salary that you deserve...take time. Key take away is that EXPERIENCE is key!...
