What's your ideal work environment?

Where everybody's nice, helpful, and offers constructive criticism. I would rather be told how to do things the right way, then be scolded for doing something wrong.

Productive, but also eye-opening. I learned that some jobs are not as rewarding as they portray. Serving depends on your people skills, which i was very good at and experienced only minor food corrections with guest. I learned from this job, that a rewarding salary is crucial to happiness with my performance and I didn't gain an overall happiness from working here, which is why I am interested in another job.... read more
