What advice do you have for someone looking for their first job out of college?

Be super persistent. Network with people as much as you can. Attend conferences, fairs and events where a lot of companies attend. Follow-up before and after the interviews thanking for the opportunity to interview. Apply to a variety of job-search websites. Find recruiters and contact them.
