How would you describe your dream job in 10 words or less?
I would love to work for a company where I am allowed to grow and expand. I'm a very hard working and extremely motivated individual. I'm not scared of hard work or long hours, as long as I'm productive and I'm helping my employer achieve a goal, or heling my employer get ahead of the competition. I'm looking for a career, not a job. Someplace that will challenge me and constantly make me think. I am very people oriented and pay extremely close attention to detail. I'm looking for a company that will allow me to constantly be expanding during my career with them, both vertically and horizontally....

How would you describe your time at Beverly Hills Sports Council?
This was a great agency to work for. I learned how to work on sponsorships and how to run charity events. It taught me how to deal with professional athletes on a day to day basis. While here, I have developed close business relationships with over 100 high end companies, including the likes of Ritz Carlton, Titleist, Ping, Dior, Thierry Mugler, Sean John, Dell, Apple, and many many more. The only reason that I left is because I'm looking for a company where I can have tremendous growth, both vertically and horizontally. I learned that something like that isn't possible at the sports council....

How would you describe your time at Leigh Steinberg Enterprise?
I helped Leigh scout out potential talents that were either Juniors or Seniors at the college level. After evaluating them, I would turn them into him so he could go and try to get them to sign with him. I also got over my fear of "cold calling" so to speak, because I helped Leigh set up his speaking engagement. So that was a tremendous help because I learned how to be professional and how to set up large speaking engagements....

I absolutely loved my experience at USC. I feel that after going there, I am now able to tackle whatever challenges and obstacles come my way. Combining my busy school work schedule with the demanding task of being part of the football team has really taught me how to manage my time, how to set goals and priorities, and it has helped me become a better all around person. I really enjoyed Saddleback. I knew my dream was to go to USC, so I worked hard at Saddleback getting all of my GE classes out of the way.
