Supplier Quality Engineer for underbody components on Mercedes Benz Sports Utility Vehicles. Responsible for all data and data analysis on production dies and detail parts for program launch of new product. Responsibilities include APQP, PPAP, FMEA, FD&T, Gage R&R, and source quality. Tracking and final Corporate Quality buy-off of over a hundred production dies.
SQE/CQM for underbody and class A components on Nissan???s Canton MS vehicles. Responsible for PPAP of all detail components and Tier 2 pass through parts including the revision of PPFEAs, Process Control Plans, Process Flow Diagrams, Gage R&Rs, and Run at Rates.
