1.0Posted in the project execution wing & the jobs involved in were, right from the Design State to final testing & commissioning of different projects. The jobs include:


I. Short listing of highly reliable vendors for indigenous & imported equipment and also erection contractor.
II. Close monitoring of all the aspects of the projects comprising manufacturing of equipment by vendors / sub-vendors, inspection, transportation, receipt and proper storage at site.
III. Designers supervision and construction supervision at each stage of construction.
IV. Participation in pre-commissioning tests and final commissioning.
V. Employing the most advanced methods in an integrated project management system like PERT & COMPUTERS. (Prima Vera, MS Projects etc.)
