How would you describe your time at SPX?

I have spent the past few years at SPX establishing strong relationships with Human Resources Business Partners and Business Unit leaders in executive and management positions. I have determined and implemented lean processes, including the SPX global talent sourcing strategy and assessment methodologies. I am the head of a global team of Shared Services recruiters and researchers who are based across areas of the USA, Asia, and Europe. I serve as a thought leader on SPX's cross functional Global Shared Services Steering Team, guiding all issues related to talent acquisition, sourcing, and selection. I am resourceful and creative with a bias for action, consistently taking the initiative to solve problems and implement solutions. I am persistent, highly self-motivated, and driven to achieve worldclass results....
