To run success full operations of BooknGo, internet marketing, and other promotional & advt. activity.
Responsible for setting up & success full running of Outbound Tours Division across India among all
branches.
Responsible for contracting with overseas suppliers for all outbound
activities from India.
To explore, initiate and deliver wide commercial initiatives to enhance the hotels offering, taking
responsibility for key relationships.
To standardize outbound tours operations in India among all branches.
Responsible for supplier analysis and Negotiations.
Understand high/low occupancy periods for all assigned markets. Create and maintain calendars for key
events and develop/execute plans for meeting market demand.
Monitor and analyze weekly sales reports to track progress and performance of Managers/ Asst. Managers
and address any problems or concerns.
Analyze contracts, rate and inventory reports to gain in-depth understanding of partners in assigned
markets. Secure and negotiate competitive rates and inventory, including peak periods
Visiting trade exhibitions like WTM , ITB, ATM etc to get the update on upcoming new developments in
Industry and to do contracting with new suppliers.
Monitor staff performance.
Monitoring of operating procedures, policies & preferred vender initiatives.
To maintain partnership approach with client in terms of Value propositions.
To monitor MIS and revenue generation and address any problems / issues.
To make regular visits to all branches and assisting them to achieve the targets
To Control all advt. Activities related to outbound tours centralized in Delhi.
To ensure corporate branding and joint Marketing initiatives.
Responsible for Internal marketing and promotional initiatives.
To maintain relation ships with all tourism bodies in India , regular visits to trade show and trade
exhibitions
Responsible for setting up of KRA???s for India.

Responsible for Setting up of India office in 2004 Feb and to maintain relations with corporates, Travel agents in India.

Responsible for setting up an agent network in North India (UP, Rajasthan, Punjab, Madhya Pradesh, J&K etc. Within a short existence of Company we have established good
relations with corporates by handling their groups to Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand UK, Turkey and we have received appreciations for the same.
