My best interview was with Amazon.com. I applied to Amazon for 2 reasons. I wanted to move to Washington, and I wanted to work on a truly large scale project. But they are all Linux based, and I had never worked with Linux in a professional capacity. So I put my chances of getting an on-site interview very low. When I did, I put my chances of getting an offer very low. So during the entire experience (phone screens and on-site), I was completely and totally relaxed because I didn't figure I would get it. I've never been nervous in interviews, but I've never been totally relaxed like I was for Amazon....
