How would you describe your dream job in 10 words or less?

I want my job to be challenging but of course i compensation is just enough for my task.
I want it also just be 8 hours a day and no work on saturday and sunday.
And lastly, my compensation is about P13,000 a month if possible but of course its negotiable.
