Responsible for developing a cohesive product training strategy to support the learning and development needs of the 450+ globally dispersed sales force. Areas of focus include: develop and enhance learning opportunities, interfacing with senior-level management, supporting the training infrastructure by administering the corporate LMS (Plateau), and providing technical assistance, and custom knowledge tool development using a range of technologies, i.e., Flash, Actionscript, ASP.

- Design and develop global sales instructor-led training curriculum. RESULTS: Led 15+ product education sessions educating 200+ employees and channel partners by providing a curriculum including all products and services from the 15+ acquired businesses.

- Establish virtual training sessions, and develop online tools, to drive education of New Product Introductions. RESULTS: Successfully introduced 9 products with an average Net Promoter Score of 44%, and enabled the sales force to connect with more customers.

- Redevelopment of S&I???s Microsoft Excel-based global sales competency model into a web-based application using ASP and Oracle to provide centralized access to real-time information. RESULTS: Increased global adoption of the competency model by providing a web-based solution, and piqued interest from other GE Businesses interested in implementing the model.
