How would you describe your time at Professional Accomplishments?
- Developed and implemented a Microsoft platform-centric strategy targeted at Microsofts Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) to drive worldwide adoption of software and web technologies. Increased by 200x the number of ISVs that shipped applications running on this platform in the 12 months following launch. Achieved 85% market share among its target market within 5 years.
- Drove the strategy, creation, launch and delivery of innovative developer support offerings worldwide, including tools, training, documentation, funding, MDF and other vehicles.
- Served in several roles on Microsofts product and marketing teams for some of the most significant software and Internet products worldwide, including Microsoft Windows 95, several versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer, two versions of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Small Business Server (SBS), and two versions of Microsoft SQL Server.
- Developed and delivered a variety of innovative tools and support programs that drove more than $3 billion in global revenue through 265,000 Value Added Reseller partners worldwide.
- Drove market share growth of Microsoft Word from a distant second place behind WordPerfect in the legal market, leading ultimately to Word overtaking WordPerfect just one year later, and then completely dominating that market with an 83% share among legal users shortly thereafter.
- Responsible for developing global marketing strategies to 40M PC-owning small businesses in 70+ countries. Drove a 50% increase in use of general productivity applications, including use of the Internet, within this target market.
- Co-pioneered the first online, interactive book: America at Work: Guerrilla Marketing With Technology, an exclusive collaboration with renowned author and coiner of the term 'guerilla marketing,' Jay Conrad Levinson.
- Planned and executed the product strategies and worldwide go-to-market plans for (3) pioneering early stage Internet product/service companies. Raised $10M in angel and strategic capital to fund these ventures.
- Won several product and industry awards as an entrepreneur, including Top 50 Emergent Growth Company in the Pacific Northwest (2006), 2 nominations in for WSA's Most Promising Technology Award (2006 and 2007), 2 Info Security Products Guide Awards (2006), NSCA Innovations in Technology Award (2004), FOSE Best New Product Award (2003).

Implanted a high-performance team-oriented culture adhering to strong technical development practices, ever-improving business discipline and high quality product standards.
