How would you describe your time at Credit Suisse?
For most of my time at CS my main responsibility was for Kana Contact Center, which is a CRM tool that we used for client support. I was responsible for all of the administration, development, and support of this 3rd party application. I was also the go-to person for reporting. I was often tapped to create management reports using tools like Excel, Crystal Reports, and custom web based solutions....
