How would you describe your time at Scholastic?

After more than four years of service and two promotions within the trade paperback department I accomplished the following:
*Supervised and designed approximately 70 titles per year, including series and single titles.
*Held long-term responsibility for the design and art direction of Animorphs books, calendars, and book related products from launch, working outside of the box using fresh approaches to cover and interior design
*Started up and managed newly created book club design department, which included a staff of two, overseeing budgets and bills, attending bi-monthly cover concept meetings, keeping track of mechanicals and work flow, delegating projects, working with editorial, problem solving with production staff and designers, and overseeing projects given to freelance designers
*Hired, supervised and trained senior designer and assistant staff members...
