How would you describe your time at Fleet/Bank of America?
Oversaw a variety of staffing issue including but not limited to hiring, motivating, training, performance reviews, personnel justification reports, personnel requisition forms, attendance, disciplinary action and termination when necessary. Prepared all relevant unit and departmental reports for presentation to management using various software platforms. Analyzed data to isolate trends and produce ideas to increase profit margin. Reviewed procedures and daily operations to ensure bank is not "at risk".

* Conducted telephone assessments with cardholders to determine the need for assistance and placed appropriate cardholders on specialized programs necessary and designed to assist in resolving delinquency.
* Provided timely feedback to management and analyst designed to help improve or develop additional programs.
* Received award for recommendation of a program that was highly successful in resolving delinquency issues.

Resolved delinquency issues on accounts that were between 30 to 60 days past due. Promoted to incoming call unit within 60 days of start date.
