Managed US IT Infrastructure personnel and resources consisting of the following departments, with staff of 23, for which I was directly responsible: Mainframe, Open Systems (WINTEL & UNIX), Operations, Networking and Telecommunications. Duties also included overseeing the operation of two 24x7x365 US data centers (Reston and Denver) supporting IT demands of 400+ North American and 2500+ Global employees.
