*Troubleshot and oversaw the team troubleshooting of issues involving individual and multiple workstations and servers as third level support, covering a very large scale WAN. This covered IBM, HP and Compaq servers, workstations and printers.
*Conducted extensive research on some recurring and long term workstation, server and network issues implementing short and long term solutions.
*Authored many technical reports, procedures and solutions for 1st and 2nd level helpdesk and the ticketing solution database.
*Supported rollout of NT 4.0, then later Win2000 and XP to nationwide network of agent offices with 17k servers and 54k workstations.
*Project lead for migrating a file replication system from NT 4.0 to Windows 2000 on all 17k agency servers, utilizing the Robocopy utility.
