I manage the QA team responsible for Whitepages' state of the art directory search service and applications, as well as related applications like our developer API and B2B products. I coordinate resources and help steer projects, administer my team of employees, and provide both broad and deep technical insight into project management and development decisions.
Before my promotion into this position, in addition to the normal duties of a software test engineer, I helped to develop, maintain, and extend test automation and test automation infrastructure and was QA Lead for a large, ambitious e-mail relay project. While in this role I also took over development leadership for same project, balancing the demands of both positions....
