Installation of MCC, Control panels for the distribution of Power, synchronization of Alternator, breaker panels, transformers (11kv/480v), Instruments ???Pressure, Temperature, Flow and Level. Control systems- PLC (AB) and SCADA Systems. Commissioning of all Electrical, Instrumentation and Control systems.Maintenance of all mechanical, electrical and electronic equipments. PLC (ABB) and SCADA system for the Process variables indication and control of the alternators, MAN engines, Lube oil Separators, MCC, storage tanks level and temperature, Control panels for the distribution of Power, synchronization of Alternators. Maintenance of records for the power generated, HFO consumption, Lube oil consumption, co-ordination with the customer. I was leading a operation and maintenance team of 10 mechanical technician, 10 electrical technicians and 5 instrument technicians....
