What profession other than yours would you like to try?

I've always wanted to be a baker. The only daunting part is getting up so early in the morning. However, getting to create delicious food that comforts and satisfies my customers would be quite rewarding.

How would you describe your time at Linden Lab?

I was promoted to Program Manager from my Project Coordinator role. I continued as Build Engineer and Release Manager through June, 2006. At that time I transitioned to a project management role. I currently work with one of our development studios as the dedicated Program Manager there. I aid the Studio Director in managing current and future projects, interface with our developers to debug new features, and with QA to ensure tests are completed. I use Extreme Programming methodologies to track velocity, and participate in creation of user stories and tasks. Finally, I serve as mentor to four colleagues in our company-wide mentor program.
