How would you describe your time at Various Consulting companies?
Responsible for all technical full time and contract staffing of Corporate Technology and E-Commerce Systems group. Provide Senior Management with status report of all open positions. Advise managers on current market trends and how Providian should compete in order to hire quality talent. In charge of 20-35 open full time positions at a time during this time period.
Responsibilities listed below for full time positions:
* Post positions on internal and external sites.
* Participate in all job fairs.
* Source candidates from Internet sites available to the company.
* Phone Screen and schedule candidates for client group.
* Build a rapport with candidates and provide Benefit information.
* Negotiate Compensation Package and Process all necessary paper work to make offers.
* Put candidate through background process in compliance with FDIC regulations.
Responsibilities for Contract Positions:
* Call out order to approved Vendors.
* Source and submit to managers only the qualified candidates within their approved budgets.
* Set up interviews and start dates.
* Negotiate bill rates.
Accomplishment During this time period:
* Successfully filled over 130 positions, which calculates to an average of 11 per month.
* Filled over 150 Contract positions.
* Staffed up the E-Commerce Systems group within one month with adequate staff to meet the project deadlines.
* Negotiate with all vendors and lower their Bill rate on 70-75% of my positions.
