My ideal work environment is where I can work independently within a team environment. Positive, engaging, intelligent people who are interested in achieving the next level of personal success are a part of my ideal team. The physical environment would ideally be a stimulating yet peaceful place.

I began as an Internet Recruiter with Nelson and was able to establish an understanding of the staffing industry from the ground up. As well as finding qualified candidtates I also posted positions for our staffing units.
