My ideal work environment is where I can work independently within a team environment. Positive, engaging, intelligent people who are interested in achieving the next level of personal success are a part of my ideal team. The physical environment would ideally be a stimulating yet peaceful place.

I began as an Internet Recruiter with Nelson and was able to establish an understanding of the staffing industry from the ground up. As an Internet Recruiter my main focus was to support 5 Northern California branches by sourcing resumes from various job boards on the web, including our own NelsonJobs.com. As well as finding qualified candidtates I also posted positions for our staffing units.
