What's the toughest problem you've had to solve?
I had to catagorize my customer base, and prospect list for future business, mailing, service and support aspect of my business, referrals, and potential sales. The project was completed by the design of my own data base. Data was gathered in the field by account managers, and entered by my administrative staff. All this was done before affordable commercial software was available....
