Promoted to direct global and regional teams supporting online application development and innovation projects for the central ERP systems (SAP, SCALA) while partnering with numerous global GM???s, senior managers and strategic partners. These applications provided cutting edge online applications for sales, marketing, branding, training, and all Internet based activities valued in the millions of dollars for this $7B manufacturer.
Developed new online sales, marketing and service channels via projects and new tools designed to monitor competitors in more than 60 countries. My teams consistently worked with SAP, MS products, multiple vendors - hardware and software vendors, multi-media development projects.
Managed $27M budget while directing global program deployment. Key player in growing the business for five consecutive years, 17%+ while reducing CTS (cost to serve) and improving customer satisfaction numbers. I was stationed in Denmark for this assignment, traveled extensively throughout the world.
