What companies would you most like to work for?

Thats a difficult question, there are so many great organizations. I would though love to work for Handicap International, the United Nations, The Gates Foundation and any international agency focused on refugees/migration.

A lot of my job entails collaborating with hiring managers to create recruiting strategies to attract active and passive candidates. As Assistant Director of Community Services, I managed "Northwest Center Works" a non-profit employment agency within Northwest Center Inc. My job entails managing a team of Employment Specialists that connect with employers in placing adults with disabilities in jobs.

We aim to provide
hiring solutions to employers that have problems with high turner and poor attendance and/or create new jobs by looking at unfinished/mundane tasks in the workplace.

The role entailed a significant amount of administrative work and fiscal management in addition to marketing our service and motivating a diversely skilled team. I enjoy my job, the work is challenging as you need to balance social goals with maintaining an accountable, sustainable program.
