Administer the Amex's 401k plan. Conduct benefit orientation. Reconcile and process premiums for all benefits monthly. First line of contact for all employees and retirees regarding benefits. Process all payroll changes relating to benefits. Administer the group dental, medical and life insurance programs as well as short and long term disability claims, workers compensation claims and all FMLA matters.
