Participated in CTID's "CTID CallCenter" R&D,maintenance.
"CTID CallCenter System" is a VOIP CallCenter based H.323 protocal.
System voice commucation modules are developed by c/C++,and business modules are developed by java. I'm Project Manager of this System.
"CTID CallCenter System" is maked up of Voice GateWay,GK,ACD,IVR,Voice-Record Server,Agent system based on desktop and business system.
I developed the ACD,GK,IVR,,Voice-Record Server,Agent system,and some moduls of business System.
"CTID CallCenter System" is on using for a year.Welcome you calling 010-58511111 to test the system which I constructed....

Participated in the Register and Management System on line of National Shiye Organization Register and Management Bureau P.R.C .
This System is a business application of ASOP-Integration.
2004/06 - 2005/08
Participated in AeroStrong Soft's "ASOP-Integration" R&D.
ASOP-Integration is a platform based workflow and intelligent form technologies.
As the ASOP-Integration R&D group leader, I organized the software develop work.
I developed the Intelligent Form Module.
ASOP-Integration is used in many government projects.
2003/12 - 2004/11
Participated in a COSTIND's project-"CSCW Studying on broadband networks Multimedia ".
I took part in the child project of CSCW.
The child project is "Multimedia Communication Develop Kit ", it is a kit based H.323 communication protocol.
I developed the LAN module of the Develop Kit with C/C++ AtL.
LAN manage all the h.323 connections,and is the multimedia meeting control center,manage the chair and so on
This Develop Kit has been used in a COSTIND's project, and this project had checked and accepted by the COSTIND's experts.
I organized the checking and accepting work with the COSTIND.
