What path did you take to your current career?
I began my career more than 30 years ago with the idea of gaining as much experience as possible to be asset to the company and staff. Today, companies do not seem to seek the qualified claims professional, as they now advertise positions with 2 years experience calling this position a Senior Claims person. I am seeking to complete my career in this industry as a true experienced Senior Claims person.
