Responsible for Managed Services from Offshore and setup complete operations to continue Remote Management of the Data Centre located in US. This project aims at providing 24x7x365 monitoring and support activities. Supporting and maintaining 32 Business Critical applications and having 16 BPM???s across the world. As part of this project, Mercury Business Availability Center (BAC) which is one of the pioneers as a network and applications monitoring tool is being used to remotely monitor health and availability of the applications of the business critical applications.
Site Scope used to collect monitoring statistics for hardware of servers hosting the applications.
Diagnostics used to collect performance tuning parameters such as load, SQL, requests for the application in the J2EE environment for the server.
VUGen used for creating and debugging of the scripts which are used as pseudo requests being fired from Mercury BAC Tool and monitor the health and availability of the applications.
Apart from the monitoring and support effort, the project focuses on providing the consultation for 9 third party software packages upgrade impact analysis to the environment....
