My most memorable job during college was working at Walt Disney World. During the summers of '95, '96 and '97 as part of Disney Leadership Development Program (DLDP) I worked as a Production Manager at the Walt Disney World Company in Orlando, FL. I managed the people, process, and technology of an automated, innovative high production facility. I had a lot of fun and really learned how to manage people and diversity.

The second most memorable job was working as an intern with Lucent Technologies/Bell Labs Innovations in Holmdel, NJ during the summer of 1998. I worked as a Business Process Engineer where I defined and reengineered the Research & Development processes of Optical Line Systems. I also provided development and control processes and procedures to ensure quality, conformity, and communication across the organization.
