- Responsible for overseeing all operations of the Volt program at a large Pharmaceutical Corporation headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana. Duties include all account
communication and scope of services with the customer, the direction of the program staff, continuous program development, relationship development with hiring managers and continuous business development.
- Manage a program with over 350 contract employees with annual revenues exceeding $20,000,000.00 per year.
- Development of customized solutions to meet or exceed the customer???s challenges.
- Main point of contact with customer to ensure that all program service level agreements are achieved.
- Oversee all employee relations and contingent labor issues including but not limited to: general human resource management, employee benefits, payroll, vacation, new employee orientations, contractor kick-off sessions, performance reviews, recognition, disciplinary measures, redeployment meetings and contractor exits/terminations.
- Develop, report and present performance metrics to the customer. Facilitate quarterly business reviews and report monthly vendor associate worksheets for customer auditing purposes.
- Monitored Volt???s program to ensure overall compliance with master contract, including procedures, rates, invoices, employee screening and performance metrics.
- Manage day-to-day activities related to the IT, Medical, Scientific, General Services, Manufacturing, Engineering, HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Academic and Outsourcing programs.
- Member of one of Volt???s Six Sigma project teams to define, measure, analyze, design and verify the qualities and processes to position Volt as a world-class Vendor of Choice.
- Planned and executed rollout of program wide pre-employment skills testing, new benefits plan as well as drug screen and background verification programs.
- Visited other Volt managed programs to assist in developing their processes and procedures as well training staff on best practices.
