How would you describe your time at RGIS Inventory Specialists?
This was a temporary job before I came to Austria to study abroad. I worked very strange hours, getting used to meeting at pick-up points from any where between 3:00 AM to 6:00 AM. We would be driven to a store (mostly Walmarts) and we would count it until it was done.
Sometimes we would also have to work nights after working morning. It was a stressful job, but I survived it for the few weeks that I worked it!...

How would you describe your time at University of New Hampshire...?
This a job that I have during the school year at UNH. I work as a lab assistant, which entitles many things. I burn CDs for language classes, help with multi-media projects, handle cash when students pay for CDs, encode film to be put onto a lab server for professors to use, lend out movies, and help with basic computer problems. We also scan articles for professors using a special language program called "Read Iris," to put onto the university's computer network for classes....

How would you describe your time at Claire's Stores?
I opened and closed stores, often working completely by myself. I cleaned, recieved shipment, stalked the walls, did inventories, clearances, did earpiercing, and worked the cash register. I would often have to go to the bank to get different types of cash for the register. I got used to the high pace of working in a small, but very busy store, in a Mall. I often would help cover at other stores in the same mall (at the Icing) or at other malls in the area....

How would you describe your time at University of New Hampshire?
I'm a German and Linguistics double major who hopes to be a teacher one day or go onto to grad school for either German or Linguistics.
I've lived in a great community, Smith Hall for the last 3 years, in which I have been very involved. I've been in our Hall Council ever since I've lived there, either as a Floor Representative or Secretary. I've also had various manager positions at events that our dorm puts on each year, like the Interational Food Luncheon and Fiesta. I've been an Entertainment Manager (Fiesta '05), Budget Manager (IFL '05 and Fiesta '06), and a Food Manager (IFL '06).
Currently I am in Austria studying abroad for my major. I'm at the University of Salzburg studying in the German department. By the time I come back to the states, I will have spent 4 1/2 months here. I can't stress how much of a growing up experience this has been and I feel like a more confident person because of it....
