How would you describe your time at People Support?
I started as a Travel Specialist for a travel account called Expedia. It was a great experience becasue I honed my Customer Service Skills at the same time gained a lot of knowledge where the customer service and travel inustry is concerned. My client specifi skills were even improved with my promotion as Customer Service Advisor. I started taking escalated calls and began to be proficient and effective in resolving complicated cases. It wasn't brezzy all the time but I learned a lot and value everything I experienced here....
