Lead a store staff to provide excellent customer service, set and achieve sales goals
in line with company objectives and expectations, direct staffing and training of store, oversee Sales Manager and
Shift Leaders as well as Customer Service Representatives, track store's financials using reports and analyze them
to ensure store is performing up to par, many merchandising tasks including resetting the New Release Wall to
accommodate new titles on a weekly basis and executing visual merchandising plans per company specifications, ensure
store meets 'non-negotiable' standards on a consistent basis, drive sales and up-selling on a day-to-day basis and
ensure that these goals are met, even in peak times of high volume....
