Responsible for providing direction for a staff of three. Maintain control procedures for $2.5-million inventory, material requirements, review of sales orders, purchasing and expediting product deliveries.
Determine and support material requirements and procurement for all of Operations.
Obtain competitive quotes, determine suppliers, manage credit with suppliers, initiate purchase requests, assign GL account codes, create purchase orders and maintain them until they are received and closed.
Monitor all released Customer sales orders and order all third party equipment to ensure on-time delivery.
Oversee all Return to Vendor and discrepant material management. Track all repair modules....
