How would you describe your time at Delirium Cocktails?
This was a crash course in bartending high- volume customer service. Delirium was great because we had a very diverse crowd...from people who wanted very attentive service and lots of conversation to people who wanted no face time, just lots of drinks ASAP. I learned to build clientele on slow nights and our business easily tripled on the off night. I like to be efficient, polite, and fast, and I love to build up a regular customer base. Delirium is located in the heart of The Mission District in San Francisco. It taught me to have an eye for trouble-makers and how to diffuse any potential conflict which is common in busy bar settings....
