Cal Ledbetter

Role models for me are anyone who chases their dream. Many people aren't so lucky as to do exactly what they want in a career, but I've seen many people with the courage to get themselves out of careers than make them unhappy. In the last year, there was a domino effect amongst my friends where one person in the group had the courage to quit the job that caused them unhappiness, even though it was uncertain something better would come along. This caused others in the group to do the same. And for each person with the courage to change their lives, something better happened to them. These people, my friends, are my role models....
