His work ethic, attention to detail, relability and personality are very important in the telecommunications service industry. As a small business owner, Randy's skills helped to increase our retention rate for customers. He was well liked by customers and respected by his peers. With the Michigan economy worsening in 2003/2004 I had to let Randy go and I have not been able to rehire him.
