What are the most rewarding aspects of your job?
When you take a person out of a lousy job, and put him into a much better situation, and he is so grateful that he keeps on thanking you for making this major change in his life possible. It is very gratifying to play an integral role in helping someone to take that next step in their career path. I have even had cases where ultimately my recruit did not take my job, but ended up thanking me for all of the help that I had given to his career in the process....
