Responsible for maintaining and administering the company???s wide-area network, encompassing 13 locations.
Manage and maintain the VPN network that interconnects all offices thru the use of Cisco routers, and broadband data channels.
Manage licensing, purchase, installation, and support of all Microsoft, and industry specific software packages necessary to run the various aspects of the business. Packages include Windows 2000 Server, Windows 2003 Server, Backup Exec, Symantec Anti-Virus, American HealthTech LTC Software, UltraCare software, Sage MAS90, Kronos Workforce Timekeeper, and the Microsoft Office 2003 Suites.
Maintain and troubleshoot the company???s SQL 2000 server and SQL 2005 server.
Develop and oversee data backup system and policies.
Design, implement, and maintain wireless networks in the facilities where required.
Maintain the company???s email system.
Recommending, purchasing, and repair of all computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
Management of IT staff.
Maintenance of company phone systems.
Helpdesk support for all company employees...
