How would you describe your time at Target?

Responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, developing and retaining a diverse and talented AP Team. Evaluating and providing feedback on the performance of team leaders, specialists and team members. Managing each team member to execute position-specific core roles. Providing recognition, coaching and corrective action as needed. Complying with and enforces AP directives, partnering with the appropriate level of leadership to address violations of AP directives and other company policies and best practices. Driving a safeness culture focused on prevention by ensuring store leadership is trained on crisis response. Managing AP Teams to ensure they utilize technology, reporting tools and other resources to investigate and resolve high impact theft cases. Leading AP Team to execute shortage-related best practices. Driving a shortage culture by promoting the AP mission and excellent operational performance to all team members.

Administered and taught programs to prepare students to function in an environment (educational, work, personal) in which computer confidence has become the expected norm. Prepared assignments to cultivate an understanding of the entire area of computers and information processing, while developing precise knowledge in using common software applications. The Fitness course was engineered to teach and administer the basic physical skills and techniques to improve the students' personal fitness level. Exercises and programs were taught, monitored, charted to reflect each student's growth and progress.
