Responsible for developing the Human Resources Department from the ground up, including staffing, employee relations and administration for this international e-business solutions organization. Responsible for the selection and on-going administration of benefits, compensation design and delivery, and implementing change as necessary in accordance with new legislation. Develop programs for finding and retaining quality employees, nationally and internationally. Actively involved in mergers and acquisitions performing due diligence and working with executive management to integrate programs, cultures and teams.
