How would you describe your time at Fritz Drug Store?
As a Certified Pharmacy Technician, I am involved in all roles which define the title.
Duties include assisting the RPh in all areas, except responsibilities that can only be performed by the RPh. Major duties include direct interaction with patients/doctors/insurance companies. Receive, interpret, enter all info into the computer for refills and new prescriptions.
Purchase/maintain drug inventories on brand and generic drugs. Deal with insurance issues/rejections directly with providers. Run, fill, label prescriptions for RPh approval. File/maintain new, original RX hard copies in store files. Purchase, receive, label and stock incoming drug orders. Make sure C2's are recorded and stored in appropriate locations.
I have done everything from cleaning toilets, taking out the trash, being a cashier; counting the drawer at the end of the day, filling out deposit slips, taking it to the bank to gaining responsibility of purchasing/maintaining entire inventory of the candy counter.
I eventually worked my way into the pharmacy, got licensed and eventually certified. I have a good three years experience as a Tech, four years total in a very busy retail pharmacy....

How would you describe your time at Rancilio Associates?
Manufacturers' Rep Firm.
Answered/handled phone calls. Took phone orders, filled/shipped/invoiced orders. Maintained company database of customers and manufaturers represented with pertinet sales dollars, commissions due, sales reports, etc. Acted as liason between factories and customer base in territory. Did pretty much everything clerical and secretrial in a small office environment....

How would you describe your time at Atlas/Soundolier?
Manufacturer of commercial sound and communications equipment.
I was Administrative Assistant to the Director of Sales/VP of Marketing.
In this capacity, I performed traditional secretarial duties with major extended responsibilities in trade show, event planning and travel arrangements.
This top level Admin Asst position was achieved by working my way up from an entry level secretarial position fresh out of secretarial school....
