I worked with very caring coworkers and got to postively impact the lives of the children and teens on the unit.
As a volenteer, I was an extra set of ears and eyes for the residential counselors.

How would you describe your time at Youth Leadership Forum?

It is an experience in which I got to facilitate small group discussions on varying issues that people with disabilities face such as conflict management, independent living and leadership. The work environment was a positive place to grow as a person aand professional.
